Location: the hotel was very close to the centre of Parramatta and rail services as well as local transport and restaurants. My room was impressive and bright, enjoyed it.

The property was absolutely great, and the staff were nice even upon check-out. the location was marvellous as it was close to ferries, the train station, and shopping.

Booked a room with awesome views of the Sydney skyline. The hotel location was great and incredible next to stops for the free loop shuttle bus.

We didn't have pool, were a little disappointed.

The location was central, very close to liverpool, eateries and the shopping mall, and various stops on the way, and there were a church and an opera house a short walk to the venue. All the staffs were very efficient and brilliantly helpful.

The location of the venue is fantastic, very central and close to the River, ferry terminal, and downtown Sydney Rock areas. Overall, it was excellent value for money, especially given the prices in Sydney.

The rooms here are very spacious, featuring a lounge area, a kitchen, and heating, everything is well-maintained with pleasant town views.

The room was brand-new, extremely pleasant, and had its own balcony. It also had a kitchenette area, along with coffee. the staff were attentive and exceptionally welcoming, even during check-out. the location was stunning and fantastic, right next to Parramatta Westfield mall, train station, cafes, and shops. It was just a 5-minute walk to the train station.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment complex in Parramatta. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The spacious apartment had all the facilities we needed, including a pool and gym. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The only thing that I didn't like is a lady at front deck while I checked in on April 12 at 8pm. She provided me quite a bad service.

The room here was spacious with climate control and a cozy lounge area, and the location was convenient with welcoming and friendly staff members.
